Where are you finding the guys your talking to?ive bought trucks from other dealerships wouldn't know how to go about talking to others that have bought at same dealer.

 

I wish we would have read these reviews before we dealt with them. My husband fell in love with a truck last week. It was beautiful and spotless, so we sent our deposit. Well, he went to take a look at it while he was up that way and the truck was in awful condition. She said those pictures online were from before this owner had it. Why would you post them then? They are giving us our deposit back but not the $500 application fee. I am still fighting that because it was defiantly false advertisement.

 

Boy am I so glad I found forum!!!!! They called me about a truck I saw on their website and inquired about. Told me I was approved and to send in the deposit to hold it and if I didn't like it when I came and saw it I could get my money refunded. I was so close to doing til another place called me.....

This reminds me a lot of the "buy here pay here" used car scams. Many years ago, I fell for one of these deals, where they had a "warranty" included. The only problem was, you had to use their mechanic. And it turned out that their "mechanic" only worked for 4 hours every week. When my car broke down, I ended up being without a car for over 2 weeks, because the mechanic had no set schedule. Long story short, if this same scam translated over to trucking, like it looks like they're doing, it would only take one breakdown to put a driver in bankruptcy court. Do what I'm doing and save money, improve your credit, and buy a truck through either a reputable dealer or owner operator, via bank financing. If I can do it, anyone can. Just my 2 cents.

 

I used to be in the repo business and these guys asked me to pick up a unit in Dallas. Had it on 2 different GPS systems. I picked up the truck and they sent a driver to pick it up and take it back. He give me a check for the 750.00 repo fee. It bounced!! So, being Texas we are allowed to repo off a hot check, I still had the GPS login and found it in FtWorth. Som went and picked it up again. The poor guy had just bought it and needless to say was pissed!!! I felt extremely sorry but I cant loose money either. They called me the next morning raising ten kinds of hell. I charged them the 750.00 original fee, a 200.00 service fee for the hot check and another 750.00 fee for the 2nd repo fee. Those sorry SOB actually asked me to take another check, really? Cash on the barrel head, mad again and called the cops. You know what they said - Pay the Man!! So, long story short, rest a little easier knowing they got a little taste of their own medicine. Never done anymore work for these rip off artist!! I told the driver were the GPS trackers were, just so yall know, they hide them between the headliner and roof, that on is wireless, and also put one under the dash area, has a red and black wire that goes to a thin black box about 1x3 inches. Anyway, he said he was pulling them both out and wasn't going to make another payment and driving the hell out of it and making his money back and more till they found it. Lol. I really think he probably did it he was that mad at them!

 

I have given ATG over $106,000 in payments with 15 months left until the title was mine and they just did a repo on my truck rite around the holidays for being 2weeks behind on a payment, God knows I wish I would have did my homework on these low life scumbag scam artist.I pray that nobody goes thru what I just went thru. There better business bureau rating is a "D" do your research before dealing with this company,and they also filed for Bankruptcy everything I'm saying is public information check for yourself.They did a repo on my truck just because I was almost done paying for it and I spent thousands of dollars in repairs"I Beg you Please don't deal With These Scam Artist".Im filing a class action lawsuit against them if any1 wants to join call me Phone number removed

 

In the other 2 states your in you had to shut down because of bad business practices,so you had to file Bankruptcy.You are a bunch of lowlife scumbags that prey on people with low credit scores and High hopes. People give there life savings to you and you send out a repo if your customer falls 2weeks behind. Me and my brother are victims to these predators "Don't Be Next",Please do your research before dealing with these people.
