    Yes. You REALLY don't want to drive truck anywhere south of the US/Mexico border unless you really want to better appreciate what you have here as a driver in North America.

    That is a sentence I would not be surprised to hear in a bottom feeder's board room....

    I will second that. Full automation would require a complete upgrade of the entire interstate hwy system to install the electronics needed to work with the truck. It's too risky to use radar or other technology. Probably cost in excess of 2 trillion just for that.

    They'll hire more cops to deal with the increased crime rate. Sell public assets (parks, fresh water, gold, roads) to foriegn interests. Draft unemployed into the military and fund the govt through crusades (wars). Nothing new here.
