I generally only use the app. I only have run into it not working once for fuel. Believe it was the pilot on I29 in Iowa. Sioux City i think? Been a while but i think they weren't set up with the app for fuel. Other than that you until earlier this week it has saved me a lot of time. After fueling i hit the road without having to go inside. My company requires 2 fuel receipts and just this week told me i could no longer use the app receipts i had to get a physical copy. Apparently they like the way the flimsy paper feels in their hands. What a joke.

If you get a card you will have to call the customer service number to look the card with your online acct. Doesn't take long. I have yet to use the card. I got it just in case. Never use it. Phone number is linked to my acct so i just enter it in the credit swipe machine and use it indoors. Rather than fumble with my wallet getting my card out or finding the scan bar code on my phone. Much easier and faster to enter your number. Every shower I've taken has been from reserving on the app. You can see how many showers are available before booking it without having to go inside and wait.

 

Even if you lose your old card, you can get a new card and just use it for fuel and showers, but remember the phone number for using your old card to redeem it's points balance when you want to buy something (until the points are gone)
