it doesn't matter if the other party makes money. if they do: good for them! otherwise, ####em.
tools: experience is the best tool. tells you how much of a chore the task is; how long it will take to accomplish the task; what position performing that task will leave you in; what you have gotten for performing the task previously for either the same or another customer.
If you're booking public load board freight and looking for a ''app'' to make it easier to tell if you're making money or getting ####ed..... you're getting ####ed.
