Does anybody know where I can find used tractors for sale that are set up for tank hauling with PTOs and tank heaters?

I'd say any Tanker company selling off their older equipment might have that. But usually they strip it all off first.

The PTO has to come from the factory because the switch and the hydraulic lines are integrated into the trucks infrastructure. Correct me if I'm wrong. I would assume that at least the PTO is something that would go with the truck every time it gets sold to a new owner. I would think a tractor with a PTO would be something kind of rare but not completely impossible to find on the pre-depreciated truck market.

You can add a new PTO and hydraulic pump to almost any used truck, just get the transmission make and model, then call your local PTO dealer and let them know what your doing with it, they will quote your the cost to add this.

    It's like 6 k for shaft and 10 k for hydraulic. I don't know about a wet kit.

You would be wrong. Most times it all cones off to be transferred to another truck. If you go that route you'll find resale value on that stuff is pitiful. Thats why fleets in that line of work has tons of that stuff laying around. What kind of work were you looking at?

I found my propane hauling truck on Truck Paper, just do a search for wet kit. They are out there, but when the oil fields ramp up these trucks get scarce. Or, find a truck and outfit with what you need. There are two line and single line wet kits. Or do you need a blower or vacuum pump? Depends on your needs. Plenty of used equipment out there too, the wet kits, PTO pumps, etc. Save a few bucks.
