4k? Holy Smokes. I can replace my turbo plus 6 new injectors and new heads on my n14 for 4k. Screw isx dd15 maxx force and paccars mx13. All of them can go suck a big one. This last generation of engines are WAY to freaking expensive.

 

Ive never done one on a detroit. I can see cat taking that long maybe but not cummins. My last truck was a cummins and they had to pull turbo to change exhaust manifold gasket. Whole thing was less than 5 hours.

 

I really wanna sell this one and get a 12.7 or n14.

 

In my opinion that would be a very very smart move.

 

LOL, can’t keep it together long enough to sell it.

I thinks it's the variable geometry turbos... The turbo on my Series 60 is close to $2500.
