    New Borg Warner Turbo, new exhaust manifold, removal of the VPOD, EGR and cooler, tieing off some coolant and airlines, and a new program for the ecm.... $4500.
    But you risk the refusal of work from Freightliner and Detroit Desiel. A few people I've talked too who have had it done say they're Jake's don't seem to be as strong.
    My EGR is closed via the barometric pressure sensor, if my turbo goes it'll a tough choice...she's got 1.19 million on her now.

    Unless you are under warranty there is absolutely no reason to ever have your truck in a dealership.

    My egr is welded:p Had that done when i thought it was leaking but it wasn't.. But it was already off so i had it taken care of:p
