Ok, let's all be 100% honest here...

    Tire place (finally got up there) popped the tire off, cleaned the wheel with a wire brush (air drill and round brush) where the rubber meets metal. Put the tire back on and balanced.

    In my case it helped, but only fixed about 1/2 the leaks. There were 8 separate spots it was leaking from, now there is "only" 3. Now I need to remember to call the junk yard to get a wheel with only a very little rust on it. And then get back up to the tire place....
