Hey Mark I never could get the 70 tablet to connect to the eld 50. I returned them and got the 80 bundle. I am trying to pair them but can’t find how to delete the old eld 50 (the one I returned)from portal??

Just updated after I plugged both units in, however driver connect is not giving me option to delete nor add new eld 50?

I called on Sat to verify the number I posted does work. It does go to ELD Tech Support.

How do I make RM50 show right duty status? I was driving and it disconnected from phone for some reason and showed on duty for last 2hrs that I was driving.

It should buffer for two days. Have you tried to resync the phone again to the ELD50?

What do you mean buffer? I'm just wondering how come it showed driving as on duty status. I had to edit on duty to driving once I've arrived at the customer.
