A friend of mine has had them on two different trucks. Made it easier to talk myself into them with his feedback.

 

Well what i didn't want to happen just happened.. Broke the stud off.. I Think this bolt is cross threaded i went out bought a new torch and it got REALLY hot and it didn't move at all. Time to drill the hole bolt out

 

Oh crap. I know you did want that to happen. Do not break the easy out in hole or you will have more problems than you have now. If you can drill all the way thru the stud fill it full of penetrating oil so that it can seep around the stud. Most likely not cross threaded but rust and bonded to the head. Can be tough.... Good luck keep us informed.

Up this way we got 34 inches of snow yesterday and its still coming today. No mail delivery service today. Took my truck and trailer for full service this morning. Had to shovel the snow off the deck.

 

You ever been to the Owens Corning roofing plant in Medina? The actual plant not the storage yard they have in Medina? If so is it decent to deliver at or do you gotta pack a lunch?

 

Any time you drill out a bolt or stud Use a left hand drill bit. Sounds like it may not help this time but I've had them catch at the last moment and spin out!
If not buy the templet for the ISX exhaust and getter done right!

 

Is this the tool you were talking about buying on the other site?

 

I was thinking of getting them based on him as well when it's time for shocks again. I didn't but them last time cause they have as many or more negative reviews as positive reviews. It's a lot of money to spend on a trial run. Lol
