Ill have to look into that. Normally stopping isnt a problem, grab my next loaf, scale out nearest spot and send it in. I do like having options though. Im sure the office would appreciate the timely send in in case something comes up.

Easiest though is to just scan and staple each load's paperwork at the Pilot, then put the whole pile in the bin next to the scanner in Safety at Fargo whenever you get there.
Nothing wrong with the way you're doing it, btw, just going to go through a lot of envelopes. I use two clipboards, one for the loads I'm working on, one for the completed pile.sc00ter, Ray Strack and Xeres63 Thank this. -
I'll keep that in mind @Oor, I'll save them envelopes and stuff a few more trips in them here on out.
Just did a red eye from Beloit WI to London OH in under 8 hours. Chicago and Indy was DEAD. Drove through Indy just because. Im 20 minutes from my drop that isn't for another 62 hours. -

Receiving hours arent until 930pm sunday-friday something, and appointment clerks are monday-friday. Im assuming the holiday might be influencing the hours as well. Without calling after hours dispatch, which may upset some one, I have no one to call until tomorrow morning. We have 2 people coming in at 8am-11am CST I believe so I'll have to wait until then to find out. Sucks to because soon as I unload, I get to head home.
On another note, I did my pre trip before leaving and my trailer mud flaps were fine. I do my post trip and my passenger side flap is now torn and needs replaced. Safe to assume if I buy a new one and save the receipt the company reimburses me? Im at a pilot, and there a TA on the other side of the hwy no more than a mile away. -

I don’t believe I’ve ever taken I-81 through the Apps. Is it a pain in the neck? Because it looks like it just runs all the way up the mtns...which looks like it would be a pain in the neck.
I’m wondering if taking I65N at Nashville to 64-79-68 would be a better route (flatter without running mountains and hills for an entire drive day).
Any insight on that one?
I’m on a Ft Worth, TX to Chambersburg, PA.mattbh23 Thanks this. -
