Looking for information on Reno, NV in 1995

    Hello! I am not a trucker so sorry if I sound out of place. I need help from experienced truckers who have been in the business for 20 plus years. I’m researching/investigating a cold case from Reno, Nevada in October of 1995. If you have any answers to the questions below I would be very grateful.

    Was anyone making deliveries in and around the Reno, NV area in late 1995? If so do you have any memory of an area known as Sharps, NV approximately 20 miles north of Reno? Or any knowledge of a business or company name that would have been located in Sharps? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Googling Sharps NV comes up with literally sharps, as in needles etc in the medicine side. UGH.

    I lived in Reno for 3 yrs, Never heard of "Sharps Nv." But there is Sparks Nv. a few mi. east on I-80. Hard to tell where Reno ends and Sparks begins.

    Sparks is in a small valley along that road, it might as well be part of Reno. Maybe a classic old time Mountain Feud long ago. You'rn town there, our'rn place heah. Sort of thing.

    Hah, how funny, I didn't even realize I started saying Sparks in this thread but OP said Sharps. Certainly explains why the case went cold if they're looking for suspects in Sharps.
