Let’s not forget. They don’t trust their drivers to run a CB either.

That is true, you can have a CB in your truck and listen to it, don't get caught using it.

After working for Dr. Pepper, and doing that crappy job, Saia is probably a dream come true.

    Stupid rules about CB, though.

I used to deliver Pepsi, and I hated it...so, I know about the D.P job.

I was good at my job, #### good, until I hurt my back. Well that was the end of that. Yea I know there are dumb rules about the CB and and the cameras in the truck but man there is a lot worse out there. I turned down over 20 companies because they pay like crap. LTL is the way to go in my opinion, I know there are other " better " LTLs but you can't go wrong with Saia I plan on staying here for a long time.

I run on a bid route that pays 1900 miles a week, from talking to guys it seems the vast majority of bid runs fall between 1500-3000 miles a week and those are 5 day work week miles. We get every weekend off unless YOU volunteer to work it, no forced weekends. Also those are home every day miles, for system drivers most of them say they get at least 2200 miles a week all depends on the runs available.

Sorry drop and hook pay is about 27 mins for doubles if you are in an area that does triples I think it's 45 mins and if you have to put both of your trailers into docks the pay you 45 mins instead of the 27 mins.

I have an interview for a P&D job. Do you know about how many hours they work a week?
