OOIDA will do it all for you for around $300 plus the gov fees.

Well read your last sentence and translate it, if what you are trying to say is it wasn't reported you're wrong, the insurance company paid a claim, it's going to be in their data base for all to see, so go ahead lie if you wish but when you get caught don't cry about it.

There are some companies like Landstar which lease drivers on who will BYOT (bring your own truck); Landstar is not in the equipment business.

A company like Swift, will lease a truck to a driver by contract then the lessee will sign a contract leasing the truck back onto to Swift's authority like anyone with equipment would lease onto Landstar's authority.

Technically, hitting a low bridge is not an accident.....

I knew you was going to do so because you strike me as a honest person. I don't see you nhaving problems getting leased on elsewhere

    Oxbow and JimFromEarth Thank this.

He is saying to get your own authority, you can apply on line from the internet. Takes a bit of cash to get started and being independent is a never ending paperwork duty but I’m sure you already have a printer/scanner in your truck your past being with LS. Gotta have enough cash in your account left over after getting insurance, tags and permits to buy fuel for a month that’s the average pay off time with most brokers unless you want quick pay. Good luck, you can do it!

Matter of fact the people who handled getting my authority and my permits are: Trans Carolina Permits from Raleigh, Nc. Look them up on the web, call them they’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have.
