Even though there are plenty of signs saying "11'10" Clearance" and flashing lights on both sides of the bridge a truck is usually being unwedged from that bridge one every few months or so.

Nobody likes delivering fresh chicken. Net weight on those cases is 50-57 lbs, plus another 10ish for packaging and injected marinade. Some of the hotshots here double stack it and run 9-10 cases at a time, but 5-6 straight up is enough for this guy.
Back in the day, it came in tubs. It was a leaky, nasty mess. The customer was supposed to return the tubs clean, but that was rarely the case. At least it’s usually dry the way it is packed now. -
