You need to go back home & stay out of my freight. I'm the only idiot that goes to Florida cause everyone knows you can't make any money going to Florida.
That's going to be on target for a lot of people, low for some, & high for a lot of others. Razor already told you what he does, I've got a friend that only makes about $60k a year pulling a flat, but that's his choice. He works about half the year. The recruiters won't lie to you & they told you the company wide average. What you do will depend solely on you. Come on over, the grass is greener. B

The most expensive part to that DEF system, I know because my truck is still under the 500k warranty and was in the shop for a week last month. Fortuantly is was a bunch of sensors and wire harness, but the one box is not covered under the warrenty and when they told me that it may be the problem I almost passed out. But I was fortunate and if I did have something like that my company would of loaned me the money to do it so it's it's good..
HalpinUout Thanks this. -

Been out here going on 10 years and still learn something new everyday, including how great a original warranty sounds until it comes to the nitty gritty and find little loopholes to screw you.

Once this truck is paid off in trading it in on a new glider, pre emission is the way to go..

DOC costs abour $4000, DPF costs about $1100 and an after-treatment injector (doser) costs close to $600 as of last spring discounted International dealer prices. Aftermarket is substantially cheaper. At $14,000 that's some expensive labor.
I had the National Truck Protection service contract on my truck and it was worthless. It was a nightmare and after awhile I convinced myself the $5600 was spent on a really classy escort gal in Las Vegas and, although I got screwed, it was the fun version.
FrankRumbleTruckin, Rickp, Razorwyr and 2 others Thank this. -
And the dad part is you can buy a new glider depending on make and model, but a Columbia is around 120,000 with a 3 year warranty. It doesn't have all that def and dpf crap on there. A new truck with all that crap in there starts at 140,000 and up. If spending 20,000 less and not having issues with the truck keeps me from going to cali, sounds like a deal to me..

Delete that ugly box.
