Hello I’ve been a guest on here for a few months now trying to research a good company to start with. It seems like every starter company is the same is there anyway someone can point me in the right direction. I’m mainly looking at Schneider, Melton but don’t like the camera policy, and possibly swift.... I know I know

I’m from Az I’m interested in flatbed but up for any options available,

I’m sorry I probably should have given more info about myself. I’m 22 zero otr experience and have not gone to school yet but planning on going to a trucking school but possibly a company one.

That’s a good lead @Gearjammer79 gave. Maverick has its own I believe. They run flatbed all 48 but I’m not sure if their hiring range. Might wanna check their website. Prime Inc. does also. But again, I’d check the website and see if you’re in their hiring map. Sounds like you already know the deal with Swift, but if you’re in AZ and they’re based outta Phoenix, it just might be your best option.

Jones Bros out of Missoula, Mt. Will train you and put you to work. Get paid while you train.
Good outfit, at least they were 15 years ago when I worked there.

At your age, I would recommend flatbed training. You should be able to expect what answers that you’ll get here because many that have been around for a while don’t respect the mega carriers for very well deserved reasons. Google Swift cdl training and you’ll see the first hand reviews of current and former employees. Mostly not positive either but if you plan to live in Arizona that might be your option. If you want to go true OTR and plan to sock away your money. TMC will house and train you for your CDL. They have an excellent reputation according to Indeed.com reviews. There’s a lot of first hand experience at your fingertips

Yes, try Jones. Bros. Trucking that @easytopleez33 posted.
Also try Roehl Transport; they have flatbed in your area and cdl school. They're the only company that pays you a salary while in school and it's not a pay advance like some companies do, it's your pay, because you're an employee the day you start classes. Roehl also has dry van and refrigerated.

Contract Freighters www.cfidrive.com is dry van and has cdl school.
    Company-paid Tuition
With a 12-month commitment to drive for CFI, qualified students can now receive fully paid tuition to attend driving school in Missouri. We’ll even cover your room and meals for the duration of the four-week course.

For refrigerated and true 48 state OTR, there's Prime Inc. and Stevens Transport that hire in Arizona. Prime probably send you to school in Salt Lake City, Utah and Stevens Transport probably school in Denver,Colorado.
