Since no one else mentioned it, I'm gonna assume
That you meant to say the pay was a flat 735.00
Per week. Not per month.
That would be some type of crime.

Yep that's right, that's the flat pay rate..
-
He said it was 735 per month flat pay.
That can't be right. He had to mean per week right. -
Yes that is per week..I am on mileage. I recommend it for a new driver, once you get the hang of things it's better for me to be on mileage pay.Western flyer Thanks this.

And, that’s new hire flat pay. If I did flat pay, it would be $910 a week.
If you choose to do flat pay, you still get layover, detention, Breakdown, etc... also, they settle up with you quarterly. In other words, if you would’ve made more on mileage, they pay you the difference.
I average 12k miles a month so they would always owe me money every quarter. That’s why I choose mileage pay.Western flyer Thanks this. -
@Frank Speak
Do you live in or close to Pensacola Florida?
God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.! -
No, but I drive out of the Pensacola terminal. I just take my truck home with me for off time.MidwestResident Thanks this.

@Frank Speak Do you know where to get information, or who to talk to at Brooks, regarding the lease-purchase program?
-
I haven't been that way in a while, but it used to be the first building on the right when you enter, across from the fuel island.
-
Thank you, I will check it out when I get out there. I want to get a copy of the contract before I sign so I know my numbers. That way i can run company beforehand to see if it will work out for me.
