What to expect US Xpress Teams

u just got yourself in hell, i heard alot bad stuff bout them. their equipment is poorly maintained, u gonna be waitin for loads extended period of time, low pay thts just wht i been readin bout them as of late

 

Go LTL team asap. Wife and I make 95k a year each and home 2 full days every weekend. We drove 4 Schneider and only made 55k each and out 2 to 4 weeks. We drive for RL carriers. Saia Old Dominion and Estes pay just as well.

 

We are looking at Schneider, My teammate is starting fresh out of CDL school with no experience and I'm a 10-year driver, where do you recommend we get her one year experience in at?

Thanks for the quick reply, Do you know any teams driving for Schneider now that I can get in touch with? I am concerned that we won't get the miles if we sign on as a new team with Schneider startng in March or April over the next 12 months.

But that is another option, they did say that after 6 months we could go IC with Schneider. But if I was going to go back to owner operator I would probably go on with Landstar.

 

How long ago were you at Schneider as a team? How recent is your information with Schneider? Thanks

We left Schneider in 98. So that was quite a while ago. But let me tell you that theu put 'hot' loads on us that solos got sick on. And they were hand unloads. Also they lied to us about getting on a dedicated run so we could be home more.
