For Roehl Transport's Great Lakes Regional (and also National OTR) Flatbed division, what types or product does Roehl Transport haul? I was 'warned," that Roehl's flatbed division gets the "scraps" that no other flatbed company will haul and "garbage" loads in flatbed. Maybe just opinions of disgruntled Roehl drivers?

Prime Inc. has flatbed division and cdl school.

I believe drivers have to buy their equipment for the truck (straps, chains, etc); about $3000.00

Well, you'll be rollin' down the big road soon:
-
You should only have to buy equipment if you’re O/O or L/O. Someone looking for CDL training shouldn’t be concerned with that quite yet.

Look at Maverick, they do a bit down your way too... I haul auto parts, I go down to LUK Transmission now and then... You are in a good area, also look at some mom and pop operations if you have your CDL, better pay and more regional close to home work.

You're right. Nick Strimbu Inc. has regional plus tuition reimbursement. As I've said before, if you don't have the cash for school; whip out a credit card and pay for it, then throw the credit card away. Now you owe a small monthly payment and many companies will give you the money for that payment through tuition reimbursement program. Nick Strimbu Inc. is also Teamsters Union and hires new cdl grads.
cjbuckeye Thanks this.
