I really don't get what exactly the OP is complaining about. All I can tell for sure is that he resents his employer for "lining his pockets (jing-a-ling)" with vile profits. Is the OP a millennial?

 

He (or she, as it may be) thinks his (or her) company (or former company, as it may be) is sticking it to Wal Mart. And the company may be ( or may not be).

When you own the business you get to run it as you see fit. Why would you expect the truck owner not to fill it with more freight if he can still meet the customers appointment time expectations?
If they don’t pay you for the extra stops or your time then you should quit, but don’t act like he is committing fraud. The number one goal to running a successful trucking business is to get the most revenue for the least amount of miles. Filler loads/freight are common in most all segments of successful trucking.

And he decided to Come back to Texas on his own and get High,
Unfortunately this what you get when you want to Help Driver that Ask for Work and you gave him brand new Truck and place to call a Home

I have 27 trucks and 27 drivers that is saying enough about what we doing here,and my only Fault is giving Chance after Chance to a driver
Terry H (brave gentleman who is Hidding behind Funny nicknames)
He gave me two speed tickets a year ago
And i still keep him in company
Untill he gave me another two this Year
I paid him off and he signed contract that im gonna attached tommorow as soon as i come back Home because im In Volvo Factory today,
I didnt have time to respond to this manner but i have to start,
My drivers are getting paid extra pick $25
And extra drop $25 and Bonus $150 for every partial they we can add to a Full Load
Unfortunately Terry here should be fired long time ago (and thats My mistake)
Because i will screen shot my FMCSA chart with this professional driver showing 4 speed tickets,
Also screenshot of him signed document showing that i paid him off same day when i Fired him after i find seatbelt buckled on Empty driver Seat (thats the way he drive truck)
And after he called me telling me that he god arrested for possession
I fired him,Paid him and this is what im getting in return.

 

Because he Cant accept the Fact
That im 37 years old and running 25+ trucks with brand new Trucks
All company Owned
Next thing he will do
He will probably said im Russian Mafia
And Im From Serbia
All we trying to do is
Keep our Guys Safe and Sound and take care of them but some of them are just Bad Seed
And you cant do nothing about it then fire his ### and let him be 55 years old crybaby

I am curious, as it's been the main topic on this post, does your contract with Walmart allow you to do ltl on their loads too? Or does it simply not prevent it?

 

Is what the OP said about your company true? You didn't dispute the withholding 1500 from your paychecks in an "escrow" account. Why do you do that? Do you charge 1000 for accidents, not at fault? And 500 for tickets?
