Thats the right attitude man,that is the way i look at it all the miles add up on the check doesnt matter if its empty or loaded 200 miles or 900 miles i will take whatever they give me

Your right about making more cpm after that magical year but keep in mind the grass isn't greener on the other side. In most cases, companies with high cpm's don't usually get you a whole lot of miles. Don't let cpm cloud your judgement. It sounds like USA Truck isn't doing bad by you, don't be foolish, stick it out.

Ditto what he said, I left for other reasons but bought into the the whole cpm thing when looking a new companies, went with Celadon and their $1000 bonus plus a week off every 30,000 miles , took me 26 days to get 3000 miles< needless to say I left on day 27, do your home work when it comes to changing companies...

i was company driver i did real well got miles had a good relationship with m y fm but i had to fullfill a dream and get my own truck and yes im still with usa still getting miiles and i dont kiss *** i dont unld

Hi i was usa truck for 8 months , doing like you working my beeinees off, then came that fately day, yup they wanted me go too canada witth no passpoort and 18 boxss of cartons of ciggys for wife, cause at the time , i coulb by em cheaper in va then iowa, made it too pa , beep went q ual com swicth loads takes his too canada and i told em when they hired me i have no passport en its only across the border , you still need a passport , then i told him about the ciggs and he said just throw em the dumpster cause canda has a limit, so now i didnt what too do , if i didnt swicth loads i be fired, if i took the load i be in jail,
so i told em by law i cannot swicth , so they fired me on spot , come with wreacker towed my tractor away and left me and my belongins in the parking lot , trying now too firgure out how too get back too iowa, the pilot there a had a reg church there on the grounds, so went down en just prayed for some guidance, the pastor was there ask what was wroung i told em he said thats just plain wroung so they took up a colliction and got me a bus ticket home cause i was outa money , and yes the ciggs went home with me cause the wife wired the money for em,but when i got home i got a reg job and wired every cent back too that church plus some extra, so wacth out for that , that dispacther or that opertion room , i hope is gone none now, Everett.

Shoot driver, shoulda run that load up to Buffalo and then told them the truck's been impounded. That'd get their attention!
