I wonder how a VA loan ended up being the highest? VA guarantees the loan enabling a lower rate.

 

Why do you even owe 7k? Did you not make your quarterly payments?

Ok, South Florida here.... I've got a 17' bass boat that i use to fish mostly Alligator Alley and surrounding fresh water areas. I'm in negotiations presently to purchase a truck .... florida, Georgia, Alabama is where I want to concentrate..... is that possible with Mercer? @spyder7723

 

In the spring summer and fall it is. But it gets tight in the winter when the retirement community comes down and i go from being 1st to 3rd on the board to being 55th. And being down that far south it would be very hard for you to run local. Just not enough freight in that area.

 

Just what I figured.... I live in GA now, but my boat and most of my family are still in SF....I've also got a 5 year old who NEEDS daddy to be home more regular than every 6 - 8 weeks. Just trying to weigh my options ... maybe have to go into dry van instead of heavy haul... Thanks for the info Sir
