He's found the wiring harness with issues.
As he moves the harness the lights go out and come back on.
When at rest everything is fine, vibration going down the road, knocks the light out.
Electrical gremlins are the worst to diagnose.
    Nothing wrong with my mechanic.
Started with the fuse block and metered the wiring harness.

    Yeah here is the problem.

If you know any electronics and know how to read a truck schematic, you can get this.

The system is setup with relays since I think the 80's. Nothing is directly hooked up to the lights. there is a fuse and a relay to the light.

Now on some of the newer trucks, there is what is called a body computer that controls the lights, it too has relays and wired in such a way that everything is computer controlled and isolated.

SO in either system if there is a light on the front of the truck that goes out and a trailer light goes out, they are not connected.

Dude no I have the worst luck! Anytime anything is wrong with my truck I get an inspec5ion I got an air break violation for a leak thing is it assent leaking visibly and you couldn't hear it he did some electrical check. One time I changed a turn signal and didn't secure it right so the br and new thing fell out and I noticed it same day inspection I couldn't find the ballast anywhere.
