I recorded a PA Trooper once when he stopped me on 15 just shy of the NY line. Then I posted it to YouTube and wouldn’t you know the sob saw it. He rang my cell phone and told me I was in violation of wiretapping laws and if I didn’t take it down in within the hour he was issuing a warrant for my arrest.
You can't refuse a DOT inspection but...
