Can I bring my Xbox or Playstation in the truck

I'm thinking of installing a hot tub. Not sure if the inverter can handle it.

With that out of the way, you need a good big inverter. Preferably one that is capable of I think sine wave. But don't qoute me on this computers that Ive built require a certain type of clean power to feed them. Ive managed not to burn em up so far in a big truck or at the house off the generac.

Make sure you spend the 150 dollars and buy that great big 1500 AVR Battery from CYBERPOWER. It's 900 watts and will protect your precious game from big spikes or voltage falls. Make sure you strap that big heavy battery really GOOD in that truck. If it gets loose it's going to either kill you or kill you and go through the glass and kill a family near you.

 

I used a 300 watt inverter and it powered my 32inch tv and a PS3. As for all these whiny old drivers i bet they are the same ones sitting in the driver seat starting at the other drivers and yapping racist crap on the CB. You do you man.

 

Yewah you can if you have the outlets and the electricity for it I had oone in mine.. but it was boring so I returned it you have got me messed up if you think I'm wasting time on video games on a 10 hour break

 

Your down time is yours to own i understand why lots of drivers would say you have no time to play you'll need rest however each persons metabolism is different some are fine with 5 hours sleeps others need 8 hours etc etc. I used to see lots of drivers sitting in the lounge rooms watching TV at the Flying J so obviously they weren't in their trucks sleeping, so yes if you have the right gear you can by all means use it i'm sure when you first asked this question you had no idea of the lectures you'd get for quite simply asking whether you could use an x-box in your truck, welcome to "Truckers Forum"

 

Or sitting in the restaurant, drinking coffee. Like you said, everyone is different. If I drove all day, went straight to bed, every single day, I’d be burnt out. I got to a truck stop around 2pm just south of Knoxville yesterday. Wasn’t leaving till 2am the next morning. I got an Uber and went to the movie. Everybody relaxes differently.

 

Just make sure you buy a pure sine wave inverter. Modified will slowly burn out your console. I bought a 350watt one and it powers my PS4 Pro and 40" 4k tv as well as my laptop at the same time.
