Headset has to be DOT approved. Or risk a fine.
-
woof.
he he he.
Anyhow. The headsets should not even be a issue. Most of the time factory built headsets of some quality allow a certain amount of bleed through of sound such as a train horn. -
I dont see why they wear them even inside the truckstop or walmart, it doesnt make them look cool, they look like ####### walking around talking like anybody cares, they must drive peterbuilts. Why is it that peterbuilts drivers always think they are gods gift to the trucking industry, nobody cares about your piece of crap peterbuilt with no sleeper space, big pipes using your jake brake through the truckstop parking lot at 2am to let everyone know awsomeness arrived. Driving slow to see how many people are looking at your truck. Nobody cares ####stain cowboys.
bottomdumpin Thanks this. -

Joined today. First post. Turns a thread about headphones into a truck bashing rant. Assumes that all people that wear headphones drive the same brand of truck, which he apparently hates and also cannot spell.
Yep, troll.TaterWagon#62 and JReding Thank this. -
True story, I was parked next to an Indian guy at a truck stop last year and both of our windows were cracked open and I could hear him talking on his headset. He was moonlighting as a customer service rep for a software company. I always figured those reps on the phone with heavy accents were in other countries. I guess not.

You got to get off those truckers case about those headphones. It is difficult to be a truck driver, Secretary of State and presidential political advisor all at the same time!!
