Word on the street is our friendly Aberdeen MD consignee no longer allows overnight parking as of May 1st. 2 hours prior to appt only. That really blows.

 

Saw that too...guess I won’t be doing that run..unless it’s an act of desperation.

 

I dont understand how these companies keep doing this. Everyone understands the situation created by ELDs and some of these places have little parking nearby. Really screws you hard. Specially when you have night apts or they dick you around and take forever to unload you...

 

Maines doesn’t take long, but the parking is crap in that area.

 

That’s how it used to be there. No parking. Sucks... but get over it and find a solution if your going there... there are options, just need to trip plan and be creative sometimes

 

Finally got the nightmare load delivered this morning. Picking in Forest View tomorrow heading to Fargo to turn in the truck.

 

I just delivered there two weeks ago and parked overnight, only thing I saw was a sign saying no overnight parking past 10:30am. So overnight is still available, just gotta roll out before 10:30am... unless they changed it within the last two weeks.

 

Made $188 extra with the new cruise/video deal. Anybody else?

 

Ill have to grab one at walmart next time Im there, that sounds like a better deal. Does the seek feature work on the usb?

I got a call from my new DM today introducing herself. Hoping to get a call about the bonuses soon to hear what I got. Thats a lot of people to call for so few of DMs.

 

Well Magnum struck again, one of the drivers tried to leave to go to another larger carrier.

Pre-employment DAC checked out fine and off to orientation he went, and once he got there and they pulled the final DAC bam, everything and the kitchen sink was on it and he was asked to leave...

Why does this company think having discontented drivers working here is a good thing?
