I would probably recommend a professional website that has both languages and has good up to date information. The web service provider should offer a (pay) service that will bring your page up on Google search when people use key words like “bus tour”.

A lowtech alternative or in addition to the webpage would be to print up some two sided “menu” style flyers with one language on each side and go to all the visitor information centers around you. I’m not sure of the cost but they usually have an area with local flyers for places to eat and things to do. You could also pay to have someone hand out flyers in tourist locations but most of your flyers will go straight to the trash so that may not be cost effective.
