My buddy did a interview at Ryder at

team driver setups only. Tyrrina liar liar liar liar the Recruiter he talked to on the phone all she did was lie to him. He felt he been played. He said she made it out that he would be teamed up with another guy and it was pretty much as done deal. Not so. Peter who he spoke with on the interview was rude, interrupted by phone calls, managing crisis, not professional at all. Joke. The pay was $1325.00 guaranteed but team driving 5 turns per week of the route. Figure your off sat sun but your only making $200 a day after taxes, pin money. He said Peter told him there were cameras were facing in, facing out, in the truck ..there is no phone calls to be made, no smoking, no eating, no drinking. Just drive. Wow. Sounds like a good environment to kill yourself in. Good luck with that. Peter was a kid. Jwrk. Unprofessional. I doubt he ever rode in a truck let alone had a cdl. Interviews are to be your and the hiring manager. Place looked like a wreck. Run. Go to DSW better deal.
