All I can do is tell what I see with my own two eyes. At 4 years I could have had a Thursday 0700 or 0900 out truck. Or Friday, Saturday same thing. What I chose was a Tuesday 0800 extra because it gave me Sundays with my grandchildren.
His statement of 15 to 20 years to be a big old bigshot like him was bull squeeze.
Sure ain,t what it used to be.

See a driver that works here would know it is ROC not rock, and that they do not assign tractors. In addition if your TO has their numbers right there would always be someone in there on your days off.
Little things a driver would know

foggy Thanks this. -
When the troll said rook, i think he was implying 'rookie' not the ROC. But then you ask yourself... if being a rookie means you are nasty and/or unknowledgeable, he's been here for over 15 years and is still just that. Sad. Time to re-evaluate your career.06driver Thanks this.

I dont know how it is everywhere else, but i swapped trucks for the next guy and his 1400 start and he came and said hello to me and it was noon exactly. Good thing there was nothing wrong with the truck..06driver Thanks this.

Rook and Roc are two very different words amigo. But I never expected office help to know how to read anyhow.

Speed reading. After so much bs I missed what you were trying to spout.

Just out of curiosity, where is this terminal where drivers with so little time have permanent assigned trucks?? Grocery? Many junior hands would like to transfer there as many with 10 years are forced in to programs.
-
6066.
Some senior guys took programs because of limited Sun, Mon, Tues out trucks. Some took extra board like me because we had a lot of extra Sun and Tues.
I could have had a Thur, Fri, Sat truck but I take Sun off to be with my grandkids so I took a Tuesday 0800 extra board. -
Last I heard you guys had about 157 drivers right?
