I've got a friend that's been with ATS for about ten years now, he seems to like it.

I was just looking at the ATS website and I didn't see anywhere on there that says they hire inexperienced drivers. Maybe you contacted them and were told differently, but from their website, it looks like you have to have experience before driving with them. I have seen a lot of good threads on here about Roehl though. Check out my thread titled "Who's good and who's bad?" I got some pretty good advice from that one so far.

I worked for ATS, and only left cause of a family emergency. I have a friend now driving for them with their Lease purchase. They are deadheading him from NC to St Cloud for a safety meeting, no pay but he has to pay for the fuel. So he a bit P.O. about it. He is now wondering if he going to be terminated cause a minor accident.

As of 1 January 2014, ATS is NOT the place to be!!! We are being slaughtered by Brenda and Brett Anderson. Our pay is dropping due to unannounced pay cuts, reduced medical coverage and a list of other things.....

####, I've been with England my first 2 years, ready for a better job and ATS was at the top of my list.
