My car is pretty American... Some mechanics now how to make a vehicle like mine pass... Hopefully I will have one of them make it pass in August....

 

No sir... it's until the wheels fall off...

 

Opened the hood today and found the air restricting gauge pieces had fallen off..




The little spring inside was missing... So, I put the cap back on and taped it with black electrical tape... no picture....
Refilled the tank with coolant and will drive 30 miles to Freightliner tomorrow....
Hopefully they have the parts and it will not take too long to repair.... Shall see..

 

Parked at the Ontario, CA T/A for the night. This place is HUGE! I'm sure somebody has to be parked here...

 

Someone.... maybe... but online...? Who knows....
My company has a warehouse in Ontario. I go there sometimes. But never park at those truck stops... I prefer to stay inside the warehouse's gated yard. It's very quiet and very safe.

Well that would explain the trepidation you have about going back there again. I'd prefer someplace safe away from Tom too. Most of us probably would.
