I with you in that. I did it briefly. The straps weren’t so bad. I’d just turn myself into a bat and fly them over the load, but those tarps? Well, they were just too heavy, even for a strong bat.LtlAnonymous and Faintestidea Thank this.

Nick Strimbu Inc. has reefer division and they're headquartered in Brookfield, Ohio. Also Teamsters if that interests you. You can be vested for a pension after 5 years plus high quality, affordable health insurance with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. They may still have tuition reimbursement.
LtlAnonymous Thanks this. -
Lumber tarps are the worst. Seems like every time I went to California, got a lumber load out of there heading back to the east coast. I've always been pretty strong, but couldn't lift a rolled up lumber tarp.Frank Speak Thanks this.

How about Stevens transport? Anything good or bad there?

Don't let that bother you, just take care of yourself and family if you're married. The best job I ever had, I also despised everyone in the office, so I simply avoided the office as much as possible.
