Bailey, When I'm not happy working here at Crete I will quit. I'm 40 years old and this is my third job. I quit my other two jobs on good terms with my boss's.
You been here only 10 years. Maybe you should look at other jobs or read other threads about different trucking companies. I will not stay at a job I don't like. Why do you?

 

It's not that I am straightened out, but it gave me a moment of pause. It also gave me a little perspective into the way management is trying to deal with the current freight/economy situation. My miles suck...but many others do as well, and not too many other companies can top what I am making now, so it's not worth the loss of benefits and vacation to make the same or slightly less money just to drive a little faster truck or a few more miles, plus having to learn a new company's way of doing things...we'll see when/if the economy straightens out how much improvement my miles make. After that, we'll see how good my attitude is.

 

Yeah but sometimes thats where ya find the truth,,,not gonna find it on xm radio...lol

 

look at there own graphs on accidents,,,not gossip..not the internet but there own graphs..there hiring standards have loweredand it shows by there own graph and there numbers are going down so be careful folks,,lets put this company back on track

drove for triple c for 7 yrs and if i wasn't going to take early retirement soon would go back in a ny minute. the good there far out weighs any bad. good luck and safe miles you red racers...slow racers that is
