Well that guy in the pic probably took a turn too fast. Loads that are tall like that are not the types where you want to driving 80 miles an hr.

I was wondering because I used to run van for SNI but really never scaled due to the dedicated freight was always preloaded and light. Now I scale light and heavy on bulk. My Pete 379 full of fuel and empty pneumatic tank come in at 31500-32000. Loaded I am rarely less than 78500.

379’s always give me problems. My drives is always overweight. I learned from an old trucker on why he uses a 48 and not a 53.

This man also has a dud pallet in the front bulk of the trailer. He showed me and I was like wtf is this pallet for? It’s on a skid with empty boxes wrapped in shrink wrap. Got 2 straps on there.

It prevents shippers from loading 2 heavy pallets in the front.

I've pulled 2 paper loads. First was 43k second, which I'm under now (from international paper) is 41k. Both of them I've had to have my tandems almost all the way up to be legal. Most of the weight, on these 2 loads) has been over the drives.

With an average of 2500 miles per week that'd Gross out at around $1000, that's still not enough?

It's not bad. It's a good start. I was hoping to net like 800.00 a week.
