My wal mart has folks that jump on you for only getting 50 miles...and you would have to be at a "foreign" terminal waiting....for a whiiiillle....

 

Like ive said before, I've had days where i have sat for 7 hours waiting on the warehouse. Everyone here would rather be moving but they make it impossible. Other dcs get those miles and such... unfortunately we can't primarily serving charlotte/ Raleigh.

 

Isn't it fun when the gtm brings you in to ask about your fall in production and you whip out the wrehouse or dispatch problem you were wrestling with

 

I recently did the driving test and passed the dot medical for Walmart also. They did a conditional offer pending a background check. Walmart is told me they will send a verification form to my current employer for safety background and employment verification? They are saying they have 30 days to fill it out and send it back to Walmart.

Did they tell you they would send this to your current employer???

 

Yes but I had already told my employer I was applying elsewhere.

 

I can honestly say my worst day ever here has been 250ish. Even through all of the quintec, p-net, WTMS interface debacle.

And I have never had anyone in management question my production.
