Hopefully they decided against locking out manual select. Did you get the crawl mode activated on your truck? Ive driven with and without crawl mode and I'll tell your first hand, crawl mode is FAR better having it than not. I will not drive a auto without crawl mode. Still think the 12 speed is laggy to shift but its not bad. Makes you a lazy driver. Love shifting too much. Dont think my company has any plans to get autos anytime soon.

Actually Tony reached out to former drivers on Facebook and it looks like quite a few are interested in returning! I mean time will tell if they actually come back... But the interest is there!

 

This paved lot outside the fence at corporate is nice! Easy to go visit now.

My wife keeps laughing at me because every time I get in the truck I reach for the shifter that isn't there. Looks like I'm "swimming". She just watches me and anticipates me looking like a goof!

Don't make the mistake of applying your experience to everyone else's.

 

As for "creep mode"... If all that means is I hit the accelerator and let go and the truck keeps moving... Then yes my truck does that. I didn't request anything like that... My truck just woke up like this!

 

Dont accidentally forget to engage
the air brakes before stepping out
The truck will slowly drive away
End up getting yourself squished

 

So what truck do I need to be on the lookout for now...I’ll be the guy who passes you, slowly falls back and then passes you again smiling . Glad to hear you and the wife are enjoying life!
