    I've just moved from KY to TX and I'm being told that I'll have to take the tests for all of my endorsements a second time. HazMat will also need a new application and $$.

    I'll second this. I took all the tests here until I was regularly scoring 100; went in and passed my clp and all endorsements with no problem at all. Many of the questions were even word for word.
