1. How is home time?
2. Do you run day or night or that depends on how you run you’re e-logs?
3. What is the real money to be made here?
4. Days off at all?
5. How are the people there? Rude or helpful?
6. Over all how do you like there?

I was there for about four months, spring thru summer 2017. It's definitely one of the better gigs you can get in US express IMO. My deal was a little different from what yours would be... I came there from OTR to 'help out' so I wasn't really assigned there, probably got paid a little different from the regular roster, probably more, but I worked more too. As I remember, their deal was 2 days off one week, one day off the next. IF they wanted the days off. This might vary a bit depending on how busy they were...there was some forced OT for those guys.
I worked every day for 3 months, got paid mileage which averaged about 340 a day plus stop pay which was usually 110 a day or so...about 60 percent of runs will be three stops, majority will be in Metro Detroit...some heading south or towards Chicago or Grand Rapids or something. You're going to want to do evenings...leaving terminal mid-late afternoon which was frozen & dairy when I was there, get back to terminal or truck stop 1, 2, 3 am....traffic is a breeze during those hours almost anywhere you'll go. That was one of the best parts of the job...very minimal traffic worries during those hours, every day very predictable. But meat and produce runs left terminal around 11, midnight...then you're gonna be trying to get home through Ann Arbor at 8 am a couple times a week...sux.
H.O.S. won't be an issue....I never went over on my 70 working every day and only ran out on the 11 or 14 if they sent me up towards the UP, which won't happen often. There were some good people there in the office...Joe and Tom were the best two...this is almost 18 months ago now so who knows who's there now.
