Was supposed to go from Mechanicsville to Roanoke but it was changed to Mechanicsville to Staunton. I didn't complain only a little difference in pay. Then the runs got changed around again to were one of the trips got pushed back one night. I dealt with that but then it happened again do I came home.

Was told that I would be back on my regular schedule starting Sunday night. We shall see.

It's not just me that is getting messed with it is several drivers. Was told that the loads are getting double booked.

 

Now to be fair this is the first week and I was told that this is the first year Mercer has pulled out of this facility. Was a different company until this year.

 

Well TA has decided to turn all the bobtail parking in whitetown in into paid spots.. Guess ill be taking a full spot lol

 

Is it still bobtail just pay to park, or they turned them into full spots? Between $15 parking and $13 showers it's almost cheaper to find a modest motel with cheaper food nearby.

 

They have bobtail spots out front where cars park. Its $15 for a bobtail spot no room for free spots anymore. They built a new loves 3 miles went there

 

I bet all the bobtail park in the full spots now and TA doesn't say a word. No different than when theres tons of pay spots open but they let people get away with making a spot in any place they feel like.

 

How come on the load board all the FedEx loads are paying .40cpm more than all the UPS runs?

 

not sure ill be doing almost 6,000 a week with fedex for about 7 hours of work a day lol

 

I thought maybe it was the difference between pulling a set of doubles or van but you said before you arent pulling doubles so guessing that cant be the reason.

 

How long should truck battery's last with a laptop running and the fridge? Seems im only getting about 5-6 hours before the low voltage shut off kicks in
