@ALCANTARA
I used to park in my driveway, but when I moved to another house, could only take the tractor home and had to find somewhere to leave the trailer.
Where do you live?
I can't decide!!! Prime Trucking or Jim Palmer

My company has a drop yard about 15 min away from my house so I just park the tractor there when home and my car there when out. Others park their tractor at home if they have room. Some find a local business that will allow them to park the truck in the lot when on home time and others still have to drive 2+ hrs each way to the closest terminal or drop lot. Many different options and all pretty much depend on what the company allows.

In the last 25 years mostly I parked right out side my house, How because I work for an agency thats not going to happen, Also Lily uses the truck, when I park it another driver gets in to go back out.

Was it Prime that didn't accept you, and what happened with Palmer?
-
I have learned last year if prime, wil-trans or Jim Palmer doesn't accept you the others will follow suit
-
If that was true, it no longer is. I was turned down by Prime & have been approved by Wil Trans (Wilson Logistics/Jim Palmer Trucking).Rattlayitdown Thanks this.

I'm not sure if he was referring to Prime or Palmer, but I do know that Palmer/Wil Trans does not train anyone who has already attended any driving school. My recruiter & I have been over that several times because of how my doctor worded my note for me to return to work. He made it sound like I had already driven a truck, but I have not.Rattlayitdown Thanks this.
