I just stopped at the NC rest area on 26 outside of Asheville. It's pouring the snow and sticking to the road quick. Be safe when heading this way

Unloading in Charlotte now then Denver. It's starting a light snow now. Be safe out there everyone playing in the snow tonight.

I made it back and went home. Roads were terrible and i wish i had just stopped. When i left Denver i thought i would be fine because it was still clear. I was wrong... but we made it back safe. Be careful everyone especially west of greensboro.

 

I made it down here last night. Slid sideways once, and a donut once.. both coming down 25 from Hendersonville NC to Greer. It was interesting to say least.
If you are driving down, go to the Holiday Inn Express to check in. There should be a Walmart thing set up there, but your room is actually at the comfort suites. They put all the people that drive here and the people that fly at the holiday inn. We can drive, but they have to walk to get food and they have more restaurants around there.
The lady at the desk said there are 59 scheduled reservations here for Walmart. We get our own room, but i got a double bed room because they where out of King rooms. No big deal.

Also, be at the lobby before 6:30, not 6:45 like the email said. It's 20 min to Laurens from here. Also, do not drive your own car to the DC. You have to ride the shuttle. Be careful everyone.

 

What time is the Walmart people supposed to be there to meet you?

 

I have no idea. I'm gonna show up at the Holiday inn at 3 and just go from there.
