That officer screwed up by not filing a report... if anything it will go on your DAC and CSA records. Anytime a wreck happens and the truck has to be towed it’s a DOT preventable and supposed to be reported. In fact most states will require you to fill out an accident report and file it with the DOT of the state in which the wreck occurred.

 

Actually to me, even before that told me everything I needed to know. "I had a rollover, but it wasn't my fault." Until he grows up and realizes it was in fact his fault, he will never get anywhere in life always blaming others for his mistakes.

Good News, I'd applied for another popular truck company three days ago and they called me twice and even pulled out my driving record and send it to me. and i lost hope on that thinking they've rejected me and didn't know they've sent me a email and was waiting on me to call and agree to work with them. Called me today and am expected to start up next week… Good bless
