They cut driver pay on pneumatic loads because they are pre loaded so basically the drivers are paying the wages to the people that are pre preloading and the dispatchers that's another story oh if you don't want any home life come drive for them otherwise stay as far away from them as possible

Where they based at ?
....with all the tax breaks they will be getting next spring , they should be giving you guys a raise NOT cutting your wagesamericantrucker89 Thanks this. -
Gary SD is the home office
-
They cut driver pay or drivers used to get paid a separate amount for loading and aren't now because they aren't loading anymore?
-
One person earning 10.00 a hour to load what? 9 trucks. HA. Look outside there is about 30 more lined. And the ones you loaded earlier today will be coming back to load.
In my time you WANTED to be preload. That means you can jump into the tractor trailer at 2 am and take off and drive. You want to be somewhere 250 miles away to be empty in a hour. Don't worry you will preload for tomorrow and your income should be adequate from delivering one load a day 250-300 miles away.
Until the plant that far away wises up and orders cement from a source much closer to them. -
We never got paid for loading or unloading they just cut our pay for the loads how viessman pays there driver's is a flat rate per load
-
You guys should all call off sick tomorrow and see how fast they change their mind about cutting your pay checks
Lonesome Thanks this. -
If that gross pay is anything less, you go into Human Resources or the Boss and quietly detail you were dispatched here, there and yonder to be paid this, that and there. use the companys own pay sheet for this.
Show that the gross pay is lower in your pay check and ask for a comcheck to you for the difference. Or a explaination. Document that carefully. Name, dates, times to the minute who said what etc. Heck you all have video these days. Even audio recording. That's plenty. -
So when they lowered your wages did they send out a letter and have all you guys sign the new agreement ? -
I write my hourly pay on a sticky note and put it in my trip packet at the end of the week. It’s good to be trusted (honor system).
p.s. and, the boss doesn’t even get too uptight over my cape (as long as I put the high vis vest over it).mjd4277, 88 Alpha and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this.
