I figured that, but in the chance my instinct is incorrect, as far as I’m concerned as long as the driver in question is straight by the time he turns the key, I don’t care.

And poop viciously. I always tell new drivers to wait an hr after eating at Country Pride or Iron Skillet, and wait about half an hour after eating Dennys. This must be done prior to walking g back to your truck. If you don't heed the warning, catastrophic events may happen walking back to the truck stop for an emergency poop

Now add to this taking Metformin and not quite adjusted to it. Stay in this business long enough you will see the metformin boogie!

A driver slid off the slick highway and got stuck in the ditch. His company said sit tight til morning, we will get a wrecker to you. Driver had a few beers and went to bed in the stuck truck idling it for warmth. Zero dark thirty a trooper came along to check on driver and arrested him for DUI. True story, from lawyer Klepper in TheTrucker.

While I would like to see the story on that, mostly on how it played out, I believe that easily. Heck, people in Texas has gotten the DUI lite of Physical Control arrests for working on their boats in the driveway while having a beer.

He should have been. 1. He’s in the ditch on the side of the road. 2. Truck is running, keys in the ignition. 3. In that scenario the driver has no common sense what so ever.

That is about as bone headed move as you can make.
