True, but it's still a good action flick, even if there's a little more fantasy than reality. THe part where the guy is on the back of the tractor disconecting the trailer brakes is a tad out there, but I still like the movie. -
Yup , you've got a window in the rear of the sleeper . Just shoot the S.O.B. and be done with it .

Rolling Vengeance is on On Demand right now, on our Comcast listings. I watched it the other day... was ok I guess, but not something I'd keep going back to, like Convoy.

Couldn't agree more. The fake bs ruins any movie for me.
The very reason I hated the Rambo movies as opposed to Platoon or Full Metal Jacket.
A long, exaggerated, unrealistic car chase will ruin a movie for me too.
I always had a crush on Sandra Bullock, but I can't watch Speed. The crap with the bus is too much. -
I watched this week the movie "Big Rig", 2007, directed by Doug Pray. I thought the movie had its good and bad points. The good points included the on-the-road scenery and an emphasis on the importance of trucking for everyday goods (livestock, produce, household items, etc.) purchased by consumers. Since owner-operators were the primary focus, some drivers were shown customizing their rigs with extra chrome and lighting, and many drivers had dogs and/or spouses riding with them. The lonely job of the solo driver wasn't really explored. One bad point in the movie was two unattractive prostitutes from Bella's Gentlemen's Club bragging about how they serviced truck drivers. I gave the movie "3 out of 5 stars" at Netflix. I'd sure enjoy seeing more documentaries on the trucking industry.scottied67 Thanks this.

Although not a movie, a Canadian video series called "Mighty Machines: Big Wheels Rollin" has three 30 minute segments about big trucks that are targeted for viewing by kids (but it's interesting to adults too). Episode one explains how concrete is made and follows a cement truck during a work day including its use at construction work sites. Episode two shows in detail how a tractor truck is manufactured (frame, power train, cab, robotic painting, final assembly) at an International plant in Canada. (If you like trucks as much as I do, you'll definitely like this episode). Episode three shows various types of big rigs in action and fueling activities at an Ontario Flying J truck stop. Definitely something kids would enjoy watching and find educational.

I watched breaker breaker, and not something i really want to watch again, i do like chuck norris, but even for him that was a cheesy movie with bad acting, i would rather see convoy again.
