I doubt there is any front end damage to the semi, described in video tweets.
The police car doesn't move until trailer rear passes.

Interested in all the facts

 

I'm guessing he probably cut the truck off could before the video starts and that is why the truck was way over to the right trying to avoid the officer in the first place and then he stops right in front of him.

 

The big red gum drop light on Michigan State Patrol cars crack me up every time I see them. I always expect to see Barney Fife sitting there.

 

When I see those it reminds me of a family friend that used to be a cop and told me about back in the day with those giant, single lights and mechanical sirens you would lose about 20 MPH and often could only run one or the other at night, but not both.
