Hello folks. Phone interview tomorrow with a recruit. Looking to work out of the red bluff ca location. Any tips or info would help. Been driving for Safeway for 5 years and just looking for a change of pace. Thanks in advance drivers and always be safe on the roads.

 

Hey, just finished onboarding last week and had my first day at my DC today. I’m definitely not full of answers, but the best thing you can do is be honest and don’t try to hide anything. Walmart is big on honesty and integrity. Good luck!

My experience with Walmart .....I cannot say what you have .....they would have hired me if I lied, but I didnt lie.....and they would not reward the truth......regarding an accident 15 years in the past , that WAS IN NO WAY SHAPE, OR FORM even CLOSE to being my fault......that whole experience .......left such a bad impression on how I look at that company......I would never make any attempts at employment there again......ever......
