Lol..we are to blame? I started looking at this message board, which is by far the best one btw ( there is another one out there I was banned from temporarily that I can't name, they claim they are the truth is all I can say..their msg board is rigged because the owner gets advertising $$$ I guess..)
Anyway I knew 3 years before I started trucking who to steer away from most thankfully from this here board. When I got out on the road most of what I read here was verified from what I saw and who I talked to out there. There are some better starter companies..do.your research.

Dont worry All of us started somewhere and your right this site will tell you most mega suck and not much else Its mostly a crap shoot. Just forget the big carriers and call your local collage or truck school alot cheaper and if you want the VA will pay for it, Welcome to trucking And what you get on this board is what you get out on the road Lots of clowns and folks that love to see you stuck in the mud.But even them are getting replaced by foreigners.Good luck

 

100% disability from the VA means your income is right around 2900 to 3000 a month. You do NOT need to work for a bottom feeder anywhere. Much less go trucking or endure new health issues from others who will not keep clean.

 

Is the VA still cutting checks with the federal government shut down?

 

Yes. No problems. Same with SSA. No problems. (In about 2026 to 2034 roughly there will be a mandatory 24% cut in all benefits across the board.)

My Ex is a certain amount of VA disability and it's already part of the fiscal 2019 year until sept 30. Her checks are cut on time.

Let me tell you a story about CRST. I really did think it was the place for me. Then I got bit by lice, and bed bugs too. Then I came in here and cried boo boo: tears, itching, hear what I’m saying?

The TTR crowd was a little bit rough, so much for thinking I was tough. So, when I got tired of all the critique rain, I let ‘em all know they are to blame.
